1. Who you are contracting with
Clev is provided by Alvaro Miguel Daza Hernandez, sole trader, trading as "Clev" ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Clev decodes gym machines from photos and answers training questions through the web app, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Free accounts are limited to a fixed number of requests per day; paid plans lift those limits as described on the pricing page.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security.
- Resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits or quotas.
5. AI outputs
Clev uses third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe and are not medical, professional, or fitness advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for having rights to any content you submit, and for verifying outputs before relying on them. We may filter, refuse, or remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Payments & subscriptions — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Clev service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the service.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends.
10. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is" without implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us (or to Paddle on our behalf) in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
